Ok, so I loaded lemongate multiple times which loaded 11 files with 300kb each. The files were loaded 1 by 1 to prevent from reaching the limit. After some time fileList would fail responding at all(nor success or error callbacks), and it wont work until map gets changed.

Ok so I debuged some things and I found this

It looks like when entity is removed, it doesn't clear the queue. And it looks like it only removes from queue when entity is valid.
