General Polymer Simulation (Equilibrium + Dynamics)

Flow of the simulation

1. Perform MC initiatization
2. Either (1) MC sampling or (2) Brownian Dynamics simulation

Use switches (to be implemented)

1. Turn on/off Brownian Fluctuations
2. Turn on/off interactions
3. Turn on/off hydrodynamic interactions

Model switch (to be improved)

1. Inextensible Worm-like Chain (iwlc) when l_0/l_p <= 0.02 (implemented for MC Simulation, mostly in Brownian Dynamics)
2. Shearable-stretchable Worm-like Chain (sswlc) when 0.02< l_0/l_p <= 20 (implemented for both MC Simulation and Brownian Dynamics)
3. Rouse Chain (implemented for both MC Simulation and Brownian Dynamics)
