Leaving this issue as a reminder to test and double check when I have to implement startup and reset.

Implement stack push/pull in cpu/mem, and BRK/RTI

Though I feel that I have a very rudamentary understanding of both the
stack and interrupts, basic implementations of these functions were
fabricated.
Usually I would wait to read more, but ultimately, the more I thought
about reading about hardware interrupts, the more I procrastinated.

TODO: TEST THESE FUNCTIONS MORE -- Creating Issue #3 as a reminder.
