Since SPAM404 is not maintained anymore and is a huge full spam list now of it's own (Spam404/lists#18) it is save to remove it I would say. Also removed X since it is also unmaintained Added Netherlands blocking list

Essentially, I ran a beta version of https://github.com/funilrys/PyFunceble on main-blacklist.txt, and its output indicates that 4,439 (±100) of its domains are dead or unavailable.
