[Bug]: Deleting OTU w/ radial navigator from Filter OTU forwards to /otus page

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Use the Filter OTU tool and get a list of OTUs
2. Open the radial navigator for one of the OTU rows
3. Click destroy and type "DELETE"
4. Get forwarded to the /otus page

Expected behavior

I expect the radial navigator modal to disappear after destroying the OTU and leave me on the Filter OTU page.
