Could drop down search results project fully onto the screen, rather than partially off the screen?

When a search term is entered, and results appear, could they be forced to project entirely on the screen so that I can see each result in full, rather than partially off the screen. I discovered the problem on the Browse OTUs page, but I think this should be the case for every search box that is near the edge of the screen.
