[Bug]: Task - Browse OTUs: headers do not link to correct panel

Steps to reproduce the bug

1.Go to Task - Browse OTUs
2.Type in OTU,e.g., Camponotus maculatus
3.Click on Descendants, Images, Description, etc.
Links do not align with correct panels
...

Expected behavior

When I click on the headers I expect them to link to the correct panel.
Perhaps they are not aligned once panels are rearranged?
