Move to SpeedyWeather orga

I've just created github.com/SpeedyWeather but before transferring the ownership of this repository to the orga (which is in the "danger zone") I wanted to make sure that this is the right way to go and that everyone agrees.

Happy with this--done it before and it's pretty seamless but let's wait for @maximilian-gelbrecht in case we forgot something.

I like having an orga for this. There's also nothing that could go wrong with this, right?

Of relevance here probably just "links to the Git repository on the Web and through Git activity are redirected. However, we don't redirect GitHub Pages associated with the repository." https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/creating-and-managing-repositories/transferring-a-repository#whats-transferred-with-a-repository.
