These are a first real cut for all chips. Interested in thoughts on whether square is even worth exploring. Happy to make changes as needed.

had added borders to assist with centering. especially in the chips that have two pinouts they make the pages look worse so removing them
* the color scheme (and legend) is now logically ordered. Related functions now use related colors. Analog was always green. Now all serial communication interfaces are blue and all timers are reddish.
* add an example of the scheme used for CCL
more readable
there were a few (CCL3) signals that were getting dropped from the datasheet derived since they were a signal type that was normally in the portmux. There were also some bogus signals that were errors in the data sheet that I have logic to clean up in the atpack derived diagrams.

The change to file naming reflects the chip from which the data was pulled. The diagrams continue to be titled generically.

Hi. I want to merge - this is now a blocking issue and as I start testing in the DDs, I need these diagrams. So I want to merge this, this but I'm told "this branch has conflicts that must be resolved use the command line to resolve conflicts. I don't know anything about the git command line operation. I used to be able to ask someone I knew, but there are reasons I can't really do that now.

Do you know what I need to do to fix this? How can there be a conflict when its just adding files?
I don't know why this is or how to fix it.

I had to manually merge this in due to the conflicts - but this doesn't seem like the final version. For example, the QFN's are shaped like DIPs and such. I thought we'd gotten to a much further point in this, but it doesn't appear to have made it into the PR?
