Alternative to multi-k structure in rotating frame: Implement a function 'multi_k_gen' which generates a multi-k structure (using an extended unit cell) automatically for an input list containing commensurate k-vectors and normal vectors pairs. Set a 'maximum k' to avoid the creation of huge unit cells.
