Download and send yourself this file in telegram: Android theme file
Make sure the downloaded file ends with ".attheme".
Then click on it in the official Android telegram application and apply it.
Generate the theme file by running "make" in the source directory, or alternatively download the latest one from the release page.
Make sure the downloaded file ends with ".tdesktop-theme".
Send the file to yourself in telegram, click on it in the official telegram-desktop application and apply it.
