[FEATURE] Vanilla scripts view in Explorer

Create a view in Explorer tab similar to the one in Script Studio.

Design points:

• Files should be presented in a TreeView
• Clicking on a script in the view should open it
• Opened vanilla file should be read-only by default
• View should allow for easier importing of files to projects - script items should have the "import script" action bound to them
• If content0 cannot be found display appropriate information in the view
