This PR updates cloudflare-go to v0.58.1, which will enable tags/comments (#1862), and possibly other requests.
This isn't the latest version of cloudflare-go, but later versions appear to be buggy when setting MX record priority (cloudflare/cloudflare-go#1282), and don't include DNS-related enhancements anyway.
