Added spell checking (v2.5) and backup (v2.4) sub commands.

Spell checking is performed before encryption when you issue the add or edit sub commands. The initial setting is configured during notes init but can be edited by changing the config file see notes(1) for details.

Also added a backup sub command to create a GnuPG encrypted tarball of your $NOTESDIR directory.
