When a task has 2 inputs with the same filename, it fails when attempting to download the second file to the working directory.

Copying inputs failed. loomengine.utils.exceptions.FileAlreadyExistsError: File already exists at /cgs-dev-sequencing-results/runtime_volumes/1a4eb2b4-384c-406c-a13e-952d393bd2e9/work
