Need to allow user to change the author field when duplicating a team

Right now, the duplicate button duplicates the author field. We eventually should change this, because it is likely that the person duplicating the team will not be the original author of the team. This might involve having the user enter the new author name once they've clicked the duplicate button, or by default set the author to the person whose account it is (this would require a login). This is kind of complicated because of how the author field is stored, so we'll leave it for now.
