Version 2.0.0 for KSP 1.12.x

Good News: LC-Programs for RP-1 is now out!
This is a completely revamped, rebalanced and upgraded version of RP-RSSE, with newer programs and contracts.

New features:

• Put the previous contracts into their corresponding programs.
• Contracts are now balanced according to RP-1. That means: no individual deadlines for contracts, plus the addition of reputation rewards.
• New Program: Outer Planet Exploration! Now includes orbiting, landing, and rover missions to Makemake, Orcus, and Sedna.

Version 1.1.1 for KSP 1.12.x

Bugfix:

RPFR now shows up in the KSP-AVC modlist.

Second version of the mod, now includes a file for KSP-AVC version checking.
Known issues: While KAVC does count the mod in it's "Installed Add-ons" list, due to an unsolved error it fails to parse the file and so it's name won't appear on the modlist.
