Walter's activity: Complete a research project

At the close of the mission One Small Step (or the beginning of the mission The Old Neighborhood), you are encouraged to speak with the members of Constellation present at the Lodge. During the conversation with Walter he states: "I'm a fan of self reliance...", following which you are given two Activities: "Craft or modify an item" and "Complete a research project". The latter cannot be completed or removed if taken during an NG+ once all research has been completed.

This is minor, to be sure, but seems to be a bug, even if just for those of us who detest lingering, uncomplete-able tasks in our mission lists. I'm hoping this team agrees, and might see if there is a means to clear that activity when all research has previously been completed. Thank you for your work and consideration.

Reproduction Steps

1. Complete all research
2. Start NG+ into 'default' universe
3. In initial dialogue with Sarah, choose: [Repeat Main Quest] I want to join Constellation...
4. Speak with Walter through two dialogue choices until he says, "I'm a fan of self reliance, so I encourage you to make use of the tools we have to build what you need."
5. You will then receive both Activities, "Craft or modify an item" and "Complete a research project"
