Splat: update SUN/243 to use starlink.cls

This uses a not-great \ipdf..\else..\fi clause to ensure that the .gif
images are picked up by preference in the html output.

Also puts an animation in the pdf output -- this will only be viewable
by some pdf viewers (such as Adobe Reader).
