Note: To mitigate the eosio.msig vulnerability described in [this article](https://medium.com/@motchamotcha/eosio-multisig-contract-vulnerability-b5289d18223f), all accounts must be screened manually before they are permitted to be sold. A better solution will be implemented once there is a method for in-contract detection of active msig/deferred transacations.
