I'm not aware of a confirmation dialog for disabling/enabling CEF debugging and I don't seem to have one on my deck. Do you have any footage of this and whether this is on beta/preview or stable etc? |

Here is the dialog referenced in the edited readme. This is presented when you first enable or when you disable dev mode.
