Describe the bug
SBAS rtcm messages stay enabled with F9P, despite being disabled during the configuration

Expected behavior
Message 1107 should be disabled

Software/Hardware (please complete the following information):

RTKBase release number 2.5
GNSS Device: Ublox F9P
