This repository documents the analysis pipeline for the 2022 paper submitted to Frontiers in Psychology.
You can just open the analysis.md file on github and look through the analysis. Alternatively, you can run the analysis.Rmd file.
Data has been anonymised.
Data cleaning and the IAT scoring process conducted in a separate file.
The function for the IAT scoring is accessible in the file iat_function.R.
