Add private roll for Dynamic Initiative

Feature

The War Stories RPG has a really cool optional, the dynamic initiative. Each PC draw their from #1-10 playing cards privately. That way the combat appears chaotic. I wonder if it’s possible to integrate that feature into the bot?? If it already has it then ignore this.

Add the private rolling for initiative.
