Error in import mvb due to unspecified functions in __init__.py and mvbase.py

Hi,

Thanks for creating this nice package.
In a trial to import the package, I confronted an error that CCPBUB, optimizeCCPBUB, CCPBSkl, optimizeCCPBSkl are not specified by any other files in the package.

By commenting those part from both init.py and mvbase.py, it is possible to import the package, at least.
Will it be just okay to use in this form?
