USER ISSUE: Building with multi-block fill type in quick succession uses point-fill for second action #24519

Version: 0.10.0.4 beta release-557

Steps to Reproduce:

Equip a hammer and building materials
Choose the fill type "line"
Right-click for starting position
Right-click somewhere else for end position, then immediately right-click again

Expected behavior:
The first line fill is built, then the second line fill is started

Actual behavior:
The first line fill is built, then a single block is placed.

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
No mods
