Themes not changing.

This is actually an exact copy of the issue in #61 and has apparently been fixed, but it's not working for me.
I just installed the Script for the first time, and themes don't work. Per the screenshot it's being overriden by I guess the Twilight theme. I'm using the most JS file from master.

This is happening for me as well on Firefox nightly/GM 4.9/Windows. Styles appear to be overriden just as described in the older issue.

Please try using Stylus and GitHub Dark usercss and disable Github Dark script.

Your OOBE will be infinitely better.
