AddPublishingPage() on an existing page, HTML content no longer appears on the page, but still exists in the content type

Issue: when calling AddPublishingPage() on an existing page, HTML content no longer appears on the page, but still exists in the content type.

Replication Steps:

  1. Provision SPMeta2 page definition.
  2. Manually update a HTML Rich Text field on the page, and publish.
  3. Reprovision SPMeta2 page definition.
  4. If you browse the page now, HTML fields will be empty. If you edit the page, the content will exist.
