As per the community feedback:

 Manged to find the root cause. In order to fix the issue, ParentcontentTypeId has to be in uppercase - "0x0101005F46D04A32B649BB859BBD240CB86AE6".

 Note: If you convert ParentContentTypeId into uppercase, make sure "x" stays lower case.
