M2 should be able to update WorkflowAssociationDefinition over several deployments.
More tests (or changes over the current one) are to be written.

SSOM - full support.
CSOM - full support for list scope, limited support for web and content type scope.

Updatability is not implemented on web and content type as existingWorkflowAssotiation.Update(); calls give weird null-ref exception. Mode details can be found in WorkflowAssociationModelHandler for CSOM.
