Due to a vulnerability discovered with the SubiDEX platform and staking the mining period is extended to block 150,000.
Change algorithm to X16RT at block 60,000
Rewards decreased to 2.5 SUBI at block 60,000
Extend PoW to block 150,000
PoS delayed till block 150,000
