Gentoo Portage ebuilds are simply bash. They don't have the header to
indicate that though. Pass the shell explicitly for ebuilds.

This allows linting `source`d files as well.

We rejected to add external sources by default recently bc we're not sure if it is good default. Is it supported everywhere? Since when? Why is it a flag if it should/can be set always?
