A permanent F3 label is stuck at the bottom of my screen

Summary

An permanent F3 label is stick on my screen.

Unmaximazing the screem makes it go away while I keep it unmaximized:

But if I maximize again, it comes back on the same place, same time.

This is only at one window. If I create new windows they do not have such F3 stuck.

It also is kept over panels like the search panel:

I can click on it but is does nothing:

Expected behavior

Not get that label stuck there until I restart Sublime Text.

Actual behavior

The label F3 is stuck on the screen.

Steps to reproduce

I still do not know which are the steps to reproduce it.

Environment

The alignment is perfect as the Find button shortcut tooltip. Try hovering Find Prev and Find All, they should have tooltips as well.

Tooltips gettting stuck are as old as time itself, specially on Windows. Even tooltips from a background application showing up on a foreground application.

Does it happen every time you launch ST?

No, only happened once or two I remember, and I am not sure what conditions it was. I need to wait for it happen again. And yes, it is right on the Find button tools tip.

This has likely been fixed in ST4.
