Recent update prevents sublime from starting after quitting #2791

Description

After the most recent update, sublime will start after login. Then when it closes, it will never open again until the computer is re-booted

Steps to reproduce

  1. Update Sublime
  2. Reboot
  3. Close Sublime

Expected behavior

Sublime opens

Actual behavior

Sublime Doesn't open

Environment

  • Build: 3.2.1, Build 3207
  • Operating system and version: macOS 10.14

Try adding "gpu_window_buffer": false to your Preferences.

Since sublime wouldn't open at all, I had to go into ~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages/User/Preferences.sublime-settings and add "gpu_window_buffer": false with a different editor.
