It is very strange that when I find and replace something by Ctrl H, it will also replace contents in translation, although nothing matches there.

Bascially, it is interesting that, e.g. say the replacement starts taking place from the 5th character in original text, it will also replace things from the 5th character in the translation text no matter what!

Sadly I cannot repeat this every time, and I don't know how to, but it just happened for times.

I could not re-produce it... what options are you using? Regular expressions, whole word, ... ?

Just Normal replace. I found a capture that I quickly saved one time:
555
In the case above, I just want to replace two simple chinese characters with two other characters in origin text, But it also replace contents in translation text, in the same line, from the same position, with the same length, though it shouldn't be obviously.

I'm still figuring why it happens sometimes while doesn't always...

P.S. As far as I can recall, it happens with Replace All.

@niksedk https://youtu.be/54lSbY9lZnI today I saw such issues twice. And it's also why I highly suggest to limit the range for find/replace, which means the original/translation, as mentioned in #2839.
