Updated:

  • Gradle build tools (required to get it running in Android Studio 3.1).
  • Bintray Release plugin (to 0.8.1).
  • Gradle version from 3.1 ---> 4.1
  • Compile / Target SDK versions to 27.
  • compile ---> implementation.
  • google() repo (required for android gradle build tools).

Let me know if its absolutely necessary to support back to API 7. I figured enough people were at least above 14 to warrant the upgrade.
