Create a Universal GPA calculator using Python
All backend operations are done using Python. In Step - 1 (versions 0.1x, 0.x, 1.x) the focus is on the software and everything is run on CLI. In Step - 2 (version 2.x and above) a GUI is planed to be build using the "eel" package.
- This CLI software calculates GPA in the GPA 4.2 band when letter grade and the number of credits are given.

- A user interactive CLI commands were added; HELP, RUN, X
