Enhance Water Intake Tracker UI

Fixed issue: #1755

• Added CSS styling to enhance the overall appearance of the Water Intake Tracker page.
• Set a light blue background color for a refreshing look.
• Styled the header with a darker blue color and increased font size for better visibility.
• Implemented styling for the buttons, including hover effects for better user interaction.
• Differentiated the reset button with a distinct color to prevent user confusion.
