Bitcoin Price Converter

Converts WooCommerce product prices to Bitcoin using real-time exchange rates. This plugin allows customers to view prices in Bitcoin with the selected denomination (BTC, mBTC, or sats) and displays the equivalent fiat price alongside it.

Key Features

Installation

1. Upload the bitcoin-price-converter folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
3. Configure the plugin settings from the admin sidebar menu "WooCommerce > Bitcoin Converter."
4. Choose your preferred Bitcoin denomination (BTC, mBTC, or sats) and enable/disable fiat price display.
5. Optionally set Bitcoin as the unit of account for individual products in the product settings.
6. Select the desired exchange rate source: CoinDesk, CoinGecko, or provide a custom URL.
7. Prices will be automatically converted to Bitcoin on the product, cart, and checkout pages.
8. Customers will see the converted price based on the selected denomination alongside the fiat price (if enabled).

Plugin Settings

• Bitcoin Denomination: Choose your preferred denomination of Bitcoin (BTC, mBTC, or sats).
• Show Fiat Price: Enable/disable the display of fiat price alongside Bitcoin price.
• Exchange Rate Source: Select the source of exchange rate data (CoinDesk, CoinGecko, or custom URL).
• Custom Exchange Rate URL: If "Custom" is selected as the exchange rate source, provide the custom URL here.
