Feature request: Display 0-based values as 1-based values in GUI

Hello SuperConductor,
I hope I don't make a mistake but...
in rundowns I often use macro calls recorded in my ATEM 1ME production studio which are numbered from 1 to 99.
Superconductor uses a 0-based macro reference and this misalignment can cause problems if you're in a hurry during a live show.
Could you use indexing from 1 forward instead of 0 forward?
Index 1 equals macro 1 and so on.

That's a good point! I won't make any promises as to when this will be fixed, but I'll give this some thought!
