Is it possible to add a new setting that allows certain types of users (i.e. mods or VIPs of a Twitch channel) to be able to use commands that are banned or set to be used online-only for instance?

This could be added as a new type for the Filter table, accessible mostly via the $ban command and its configuration. However, I feel like the command is already overloaded with too many types as is, and adding more doesn't sound like it would help much. Plus, the type wouldn't even be usable in other platforms (e.g. Discord).

Then again, I could see it being used if there exists enough interest in such a thing. Could you ask around and see if more users or channels would welcome this kind of addition?
