Node-Hangman - Release 0.1.0

The first release of Node-Hangman.
Features:
- Three Difficulties; Easy, Normal and Hard
- A fancy GUI (as fancy as you can get with only the command line)
- An about page with some info on Node-Hangman
- Highscores are saved encrypted and can be viewed only through the Game
- Two languages; English and German
