i reimplemented theme because i didnt like that when you clicked you would cycle between all three options. users should be able to get the opposite theme with a single click every time. this respects the os preference but gives user the final say. i also felt the old one had a lot of unneeded moving parts so i tried to stream line it a bit. same with the folders i feel we should use folders only where needed
