Fix: SC package not downloadable due to certificate error
Fix: If a pkg size could not be determinated the window would either crash or not add the .pkg to the queue
Slow download fix
The default download operation of CoreWebView2 did not cancel when supressing the default download dialog.
Now loads already downloaded patches (must be in Downloads folder of PS Multi Tools)
Merge patch packages after download by right clicking the "_sc.pkg"
This can be done after all packages have been downloaded
It creates a new folder with the patch base name (in the Downloads folder), places all packages of this patch in this folder and merges afterwards
"Download State" and "Merge State" have been added to show the progress
Shows if download [Not started / Started / Downloaded (not for resuming !)]
Shows if packages of a game patch have been merged or if a merge is still required
Now supports item sorting when clicking on the column header
