Description

fix [BUG] Runtime Error #355, 新增了一个字段，以保证实验结束时间的不变性
close [FEATURE] GUI Dashboard stop experiment #249, 目前原理是每次log的时候检查一下数据库中的状态（这意味着如果前端停止了实验，但是后端不再进行log，那么也无法让实验停止），比较消耗性能，后续考虑采用多进程共享内存的方式（大概，还没有方案）进行优化
