According to Psalm docs: 
**totallyTyped**
(Deprecated) Setting `totallyTyped` to "true" is equivalent to setting `errorLevel` to "1". Setting `totallyTyped` to "false" is equivalent to setting `errorLevel` to "2" and `reportMixedIssues` to "false"
