sphinx output is using old symbiflow theme #81

The page output at https://symbiflow.github.io/fpga-interchange-tests/ is using the old busted symbiflow-theme rather than the new cool symbiflow theme (see the differences at https://sphinx-symbiflow-theme.readthedocs.io/en/latest/).

Should be a simple fix to change it to use the new theme and thus get a slight visual upgrade?
