Fuzzer storing last target #528

We could store the last target of a fuzzer build (in the run.ok or whatever replacement method), it would avoid to try to build a fuzzer on a different target and getting complicated error, I'm specifically thinking at 074. If you build it against an other target than the 072 it'll fail really late in the generate tree script after hours of running. An early warning could save time :)
