VAT Exempt Option at Purchase Order, Aside from the Vendor Maintenance or Item Set-up

Hi Dick,

If possible to allow the purchasing have option to select if item is vatable during creation since if there are vendors selling non vat products.

Tax field is editable in PO creation. Simply put tax amount if necessary.
