Create a Signature Component in a Blazor WebAssembly App

The Blazor Signature is graphical interface that allows users to draw smooth signatures as vector outline strokes using variable width Bezier curve interpolation. A quick-start project that teaches you how to add a Syncfusion Blazor Signature component to a Blazor WebAssembly app. Also, you will learn how to customize the background color, stroke color and stroke width in the Signature component.

Prerequisites

  • Visual Studio 2022

How to run the project

  • Checkout this project to a location in your disk.
  • Open the solution file using the Visual Studio 2022.
  • Restore the NuGet packages by rebuilding the solution.
  • Run the project.

Features and Benefits

Drawing

Draw the given text as a signature using different font families and font sizes.

Saving

Save the signature as an image with formats like PNG, JPEG, and SVG.

Signature customization

The Signature Pad component supports various customization options like background color, background image, stroke color, stroke width, save with background, undo, redo, clear, readonly, and disabled.

Loading

It supports to load a pre drawn signature to component either as base 64 or URL. It supports PNG, JPEG, and SVG image types.

User Interaction

The Signature component supports various interaction like Undo, Redo, Clear, Disabled, and ReadOnly and Every changes occurred in signature can be taken as a snap and saved to collection for handling the above user interactions.

Themes

The Blazor Signature Pad supports several built-in themes such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap 5, Bootstrap 4, Bootstrap, Material, Fabric, and High Contrast. Users can customize any one of these built-in themes or create new themes to achieve the desired look and feel either by simply overriding SASS variables or using our Theme Studio application.
